How to play: SUDOKU
The logic puzzle everyone knows: fill the grid so every row, every column and every 3×3 box holds 1 to 9 exactly once. One grid a day, gentle on Monday and hardest on Saturday, with pencil notes, undo and a check button whenever you want one.
- Fill every empty square so each row, each column and each 3×3 box holds the numbers 1 to 9 exactly once.
- Tap a square, then tap a number. Tapping the same number again clears the square. The numbers you place are shown in colour; the ones printed at the start never change.
- Turn on Notes to pencil in the numbers a square could still take. Placing a number elsewhere rubs it out of the notes in that row, column and box for you.
- A number that already appears in its row, column or box turns red straight away. Press Check to compare the whole grid against the answer, and Undo to take a move back.
- Monday is gentle and Saturday is the hard one. Finish the grid to keep your streak.
